Is it possible for me to follow some of this, at least, without gaining mass or is that all this is designed for?
I want to get the most of my workouts and tone up, but I don't want to become, uh, thick.

lol, yea Stormy. You can use it to slim down. The ultra whey protein will keep you slim and build lean mass, meaning denser, not thicker muscles. So you will stay slim.
