I borrowed it from a friend of mine who used it, he says it works, but I dont know about the diet part, I like chocolate too much to handle that sort of disipline. I browsed the videos, doesnt look too hard.
Anyone here use(ing)(d) it?
I guess I should chow down before I have to start this thing, time to raid the fridge!

So I start P90X tommorow...

If you don't follow the diet, you'll likely be another non-success story. Calling it easy is also extremely naive. You don't automatically have to quit everything you like all at once, or at all. The key to any diet is moderation. Generally, it is possible to be as fit as you can possibly be while keeping chocolate in your diet, which wouldn't be a bad place at all. I don't use it but I do know people who have used it. It's fairly successful for all of the people who don't shove beer, pizza and sugar down their throat all day and refuse to give it up.

From personal experience, it's very difficult to start, and if you aren't serious about getting in shape, you will give up.
Just don't push yourself to hard, or get angry because you don't have the stamina to do the whole thing.
Success story, my cousin and her husband have lost about 35lbs together from it and they only started it a couple months ago.I am steady killin' fools.

Mute Tony or you might just kill someone.
Its definitely not easy, assuming you do it right. if you half ass then you get nothing out of it, if you go all in you get everything out of it. I did not follow the diet. I had recovery drink/protein shake post workout and ate better at dinner but that's all I did. It worked for me. I didn't get ripped but I lost weight and gained muscle so I was happy.

P90X doesn't work as well as you think it will. It is meant for definition and weight loss. If you are a stick, its probably not for you.
If you want muscles, you need a tailor made regiment made for you. And you want serious mass, you need to supplement with the right things. Creatine, whey protein, branch chained amino acids, simple amino acids, supplements that support muscle protein synthesis.
I may not be the most physically fit person in the world, but I have the muscles, definition and training to know what I am talking about.Voted Hottest Male Member

If you've started you may as well finish. Soul is correct but its not like this will hurt you or do nothing for you. Drink a protein shake after you're don working out, figure out a meal plan, and put everything you have into it.
Ab Ripper is my bitch. I can't pretend to have mastery of any other workout but Ab Ripper. I bloody well do more than Tony and I do them faster so he can go to hell.

What is there to be conflicted about?
If it is about food, yea. It's hard. I know. I love ice cream. It is the best tasting and worse for your health. But I fucking love it. But I love to keep my title of Hottest Male on LG. And I work very hard to stay in shape and keep my definition and my muscles.
If it is about working out, if you aren't serious, you will either falter off, or quit all together. If you are serious, then trust me, it will become part of you.Voted Hottest Male Member
