So I'm sitting in my "New" place (after having gone through so many), watching my breath fade away into thin air because I ran out of heat the other day, thinking about where I am and where I want to be.
And human decency.
Keep in mind, I've been drinking. So I'm going to be very straight forward with you all.
Everybody has someone on here they trust.
If not, they're just here to do their business and leave.
Which is cool, but a lot of us regulars like C0FFIN and Cl03y know exactly what I'm talking about.
We're the kind of gang who'll find a way to get you or make sure you're okay if you're stranded somewhere on the other side of America.
We're the kind of gang who'll call you up occasionally to have small talk and joke like we've been friends all along.
I know there are a few people here who've been around much longer than I have (4+ years and counting), and have seen the development of
users
the website
admins
mods
etc.
But very few of us have stuck through to the very end with each other.
Think about it. I called Cl03y once, and she actually Answered. And she's phone shy as shit.
C0FFIN, after calling him, had the decency to get BACK in contact with me to explain why he wasn't able to respond that night.
Never explain yourself.
Your friends don't need it and your enemies won't believe you anyway.
Regardless, I'm going to be very honest and straight forward with those of you who know (Oooh the auto-save thing just popped up)
I consider a select few of you family.
Someone I'd open my door to if you were to knock on it, or needed somewhere to stay.
Lame, I know (Raivu, it's the internet, blablabla you don't know these people)
But the way I see it, we're all fucking human beings.
You have legs
arms
hands
feet
eyes
hair
personalities
likes/dislikes
strengths/weaknesses
talents
And most of all, those select few have shown me nothing but the absolute most in Respect, Trust, and Loyalty I've ever come across in the 95% of the people I know.
I've been so fucked over it hurts. By even the closest of who I thought were my "Friends".
So it's not easy to trust anybody.
But I can very easily say those select few, I do trust.
And I love all of you as if you were my family.
Drinking aside, I've been thinking sober about this allllllllll day.
LG has become my online home.
When I'm stressed, discomforted, bored, excited, have a great story to tell, have something to rant about, LG is always my #1 resource to tell people.
And the best part is, you all listen.
And for a reason, too.
So, LG, Thanks for everything. From everybody.
I'm sorry I haven't been on lately, and I hope those of you are aren't as active are having a fantastic time in life.
Me, I'm do for another life journey. The goal is to Atlanta, then to Los Angeles. Then to Vegas from there where I can pick back up where my recently deceased life incluence and grandfather left off in his passion for Art and Photography.
Stay gold, LG.
And may the dick be too big to suck
#dontwantthatnastyshitontheinternetbro
TLDR VERSION: I'm sorry you aren't able to take 2 minutes to read something. Heaven forbid. The poor children. English actually means less to you than how many fucking scooby snacks you can find on level 3 of Cyber Chase for the PS1.
My heart goes out to you.

You know, me and Stormie mentioned something like this earlier... LG has become more of a place to all hang out together and less of a "hacking" website.

Need warez? I can probably find it for you. Throw me a PM.

If you usually weren't posting stuff about love, tolerance, etc. I'd have thought that this was a %100 drunk post.
Either way, while I don't feel attached to users in particular, I do share the same feeling about the forum. Heck, for me it's been more of a hangout than a "hacking" forum pretty much since I joined(mostly due to laziness and/or unwillingness to learn)...
Ohh, almost forgot, I was reading through the post when I say there was a tl;dr. You win this one, mislabelled sections. <.<

lol soul.
but n'aw you're right.
Think about the world, and how strangers never communicate.
They did this project where this guy played violin in grand central station and nobody stopped.
everyone, even the homeless, just kept going.
As they walked by they dropped money in his hat here and there
One kid stopped to see, but his mom pulled him away and his curious eyes stayed fixed on the player.
That man was one of the biggest violinists in the world.
He was playing Bach and Beethoven on Violin.
But in a world where nobody likes to communicate or help anyone else, we, the Misfits with dreams and goals on LG, stick together and do absolutely nothing but talk to each other every day.
How fantastic is that?☜(* x *)☞FOOL ON COOL GENERATION

Raivu! How I wish I could be there for you more because I know you have had a rough life thus far. I am sure you are going to make it to the next level where you will finally be able to feel a sense of security and stability!
Also, I hope that you could come to terms with possibly attempting to quit drinking. It really can take your feet from underneath you and make you crash like nothing else in the world. It happened to my father and I wish that the same does NOT happen to you. You are one hell of a guy Raivu!
LG has been my home for a long time, sure I may have strayed away from time to time but I always end up back in the same spot every time. My status on this forum does not matter to me either, to me we are all a big family, we all have drama, things that bring us closer and secrets.
I love you guys.

Aw Joe! I just woke up so forgive me if I'm totally out of it but, I agree. LG has really become more of a home to me, and you guys are like family you know? I put most of the users here on par with my friends physically around me because I honestly care about you guys. I'm really sorry I haven't been around as much lately. I really need to make sure I can be. I've been lagging on so much stuff which I genuinely apologize for... But Joe, I can say "Thank You" as well for being such a chill guy and one of my first friends on LG. Had it not been for you I doubt I would have become very active on this site. You're the person I first wanted to get to know, and I was so afraid of talking to everyone. (Really stupid right?) In any case I'm really glad we got to meet. Also going to nag you, make sure to take care of yourself and your health. I worry about you kid. =P Also when you make your way west come down to Arizona if you can. Can't guarantee a place to stay because of my living situation, however I don't mind hanging out or sleeping in a park if need be haha. I hope that were ever life takes you, you can always find a way to be happy. Just know we're all here for you, and that goes for everyone else too. I need to text you more Joe. =P
All hail kitty pig.

Thanks Cl03y and Miles.
Not to throw some sort of pity party, or a shmooze fest, but I really do love you guys.
Love is very underestimated. It breaches farther than your family or your wife/kids.
It stretches all over from your best friends, to your sports or hobbies.
I know I have to quit drinking. I don't feel like I NEED to drink, and I only do it socially.
But it's become an every-night social thing, and that does need to stop.
So does my addiction to cigarettes. But y'know, what can you do.
Thankfully, my whole life I've kept a 110% clean record with the authorities, and I plan on keeping it that way.
But we are a family, one way or another.
Sorry to talk you guys' ears off all the time.
I'm sure it causes trouble.
But every time I come back from Hiatus, I've got just a little bit more stories to tell, and that much more to rant about.
So thanks for listening to all my fucked up antics.
You guys mean a lot to me.☜(* x *)☞FOOL ON COOL GENERATION

Why don't you find one of those abandoned places where you can still get electricity and that if you stay there long enough, it is yours for a few years, that is how it works in France for squats.

Still hasn't called you back. Feels like an ass.
What's a good time to call you? Better yet I could just fucking talk to you when I see you online all the damned time*facepalm* I'm sorry by the way. I had a wonderful plan for the next five years and it just sort of feel apart so I'm scrambling to put something together so I'm not living on the street in august so I've been rather preoccupied. On the upside my job prospects include: FBI agent, CIA in-house desk jobs, or a random position in a consulate office on the other side of the world. (Looking forward to the background check and talking about LG)
Any way, the love I feel for you my friend is perpetually sustained by the shining brilliance of your mind as it reach across space time to touch my immortal soul. I wish to god I knew how people like you exist. You're the type of person who gets excited about a new notebook, the prospect of endless possibilities. Even in the direst straights you see the best in the world around you and seek to illuminate the minds of the people you meet with love. You make me feel like such a cynical asshole, it challenges me to be a better person. Two other people do that and one isn't real: Jim Henson and Kenshin Himura. I hope that regardless of how soon we talk that its only half as long after until I shake your hand. Which could work out well since its likely I'll have a residence in august and thus the ability to offer you a place to stay.
Sidenote: I agree that you never have to explain yourself to anyone for any reason. An while a friend may never need it, I'd rather them know I respected them enough to tell them what's up. Though I'm disappointed I have to make excuses at all.

lol I need to spread more reputation around before I can give it back to you.
Don't stress it bro.
And I really appreciate it.
I wont be homeless. Worse come trse, I'll become a traveler, which I already am.
I can talk leagues about how amazing you are too, and I take to heart everyone one you puncture me in the chest with. Worse come trse, if you have nowhere to stay, and want to travel freelance, let me know.
It's only a 200$ ticket to get a bus there, and that's not too too hard to accumulate. Especially by August.
But you're definitely one of my biggest influences.
To see someone know so much, go so far, and have such a passion for what he loves is absolutely incredible and mindblowing.
I've never met another human being as dedicated and straight forward and realistic as you are.
It'd be an honor to finally get to shake your hand, which for all we both know, could be happening sooner than expected.☜(* x *)☞FOOL ON COOL GENERATION
