Hey Soul,
Just finished my wrestling season.
I work out for an hour at school. The work out is okay. Some days it's harder then others, but normally I get it finished and do extra. (+ 1h)
Then right after school I go to track practice (+ 2h of running / + 30m of lifting)
Then after practice I go to the pool to swim for 2 - 4 hours.

My routine is as follows:
Round one:
225lbs: bench: 3 sets of ten
225lbs: inclined bench: 5 sets of 10
45lbs: curls: 3 sets of 15
275lbs: lateral pull down: 5 sets of 10
Pull-ups: max set
200x reverse crunches
200x regular crunches
275lbs: tricep extension machine
400lbs: cx103 machine(calves,thighs,glutes): 5 sets of 15
Round two:
275lbs: bench 2 sets of 10
275lbs: inclined bench: 2 sets of 10
50lbs: curls: 2 sets of 5
275lbs: lateral pull down: 2 sets of 10
100x reverse crunches
100x normal crunches
Pull-ups: max set
Round 3:
Max weight on bench: till failure
Max weight on inclined bench till failure
Max weight on lateral pull down till failure
Russian twists: 25
It usually is my routine for a long day like 4 hours or so, so there is a lot of time to do it all and take breaks but if i have very little time, like i did tonight, i will do half of round one.
