I still go hard every day at the gym, in case you guys forgot. The scale says I have only lost 10 pounds since I started but I am sure that I have gained muscle in place of the weight.
Plus my diet is still shit so I don't really lose weight too easily. ):

BUT me and my friend always focused more on lifting. Just recently we added cardio in.
Spent 4 hours at the gym yesterday, I was fucking maxed.
However it's time to go back today! Talk to you guys later.
