Well me and my friend's routine switches a lot.
When we started, we did full body workouts everyday, a little cardio like 10-20 minutes. Then we got a little lazy for some time.
For a few weeks we worked one muscle each day. No cardio.
Just last week we started the two muscles a day, plus cardio regime which I started because I was tired of feeling lazy and so was my friend.
We do many lifts for each muscle group, at least 5 per muscle except for forearms because we don't have much knowledge of forearm lifts.
My current weight limits are a bit pathetic, I am some kind of bad with freeweights.
BENCH| 185 @ 10
SQUAT| 305 @ 10
DEADLIFT| Never really tested
Doesn't really count towards main weights like bench and squat but I easily can leg press up to 750 @ 10.
