So I punched someone pretty bad and my knuckles are a tad bit swollen, so I was wondering if anyone had a solution, other than ice and painkillers.

Honestly the best solution is alternating ice and heat. Back when I did Aikido this would happen a lot. However, if you're lazy just let it heal on it's own.

Ice and painkiller and letting it heal on it's own is the best thing you can do..

Id put some ice on it at the start, then let it heal on its own.

Bacitracin ointment will stop it from getting infected and heal it pretty quick.
