Honestly the best solution is alternating ice and heat. Back when I did Aikido this would happen a lot. However, if you're lazy just let it heal on it's own.
However, I do smell sarcasm.
Ice and painkiller and letting it heal on it's own is the best thing you can do..

Bacitracin ointment will stop it from getting infected and heal it pretty quick.
