Second: not any kind of cheese, since not all the cheeses melt the same way. I'd recommend mozzarella and parmesan for the dough

There is nothing wrong with that pizza kit. It just contains bread flour, salt and instant yeast, with a few dried herbs in it. You just add the needed water It's the perfect proportioned mix for dough; which believe it or not is one the hardest things to ever get right. The cheese in it is parm, and the sauce is just a basic marinara with herbs-- which i would suggest substituting them for something better. You could also throw in some onion, olives, bellpeppers, and mushrooms.


@Kain; that just sounds so wrong. >_> Reminds me of a mystery basket challenge i had at school. Spam was in the basket with evaporated milk and avocado. I made avocado pasta, ground up the spam with mushroom and a little worchestershire's then did ravioli with the pasta, and made a cheesy cream sauce out of the evaporated milk.

Needless to say I won the challenge for creativity. The other guy did a sammich :'D
