Hosting is free, Smf is what hacks101.info uses but who cares. its just a Forum creator. and the themes are to change the look.

First Go and get the smf from the second link. Place it on your desktop. Now go to x10hosting and make a new account. Make sure its a free one. Once done with that and you have verified your account And now you will want to login to the cpanel, go to file manager and delete everything. Now make a new folder. Keep the name it gives you. Now you want to upload, Browse, and go to the desktop and get the smf. Once its in right click it and extract it. Now your done with that. Now go back to the main area of the Cpanel and go all the way down to Database, MySql and make a user, database, and Add that user to the database.
