this is not working, i download, and it asks me where to put it, as in it doesn't make it's own file, then when i finish install, the program is found no where, and i still cant open my file

7zip if winrar is not working

If it says it does on the programs website, yes.
If winrar AND 7zip dont work though, your computer has some serious problems.LG's resident grammar nazi.

Did you try right clicking the file then choosing the option "extract"?
