For all of my sales, if you refer a buyer to me and they make a purchase, you can recieve 5%

No it's not, lol. It's Arti's and Plobby's website. They made the rules that JY can be used for spamming and flaming. They hired Cyan and Torian to enforce said rules, after which Cyan and Torian banned three people for spamming and/or flaming.

You gave a larger ban and then lifted it early; I didn't say it was permanent. And I'm not attacking you, simply because your bans were for short periods of time, so I don't care. Cyan did a day ban then disappeared. I don't wanna have to not post for a day. For not breaking a rule, especially.

Just because you didnt specifically break a rule does not mean you deserve a ban. Moderators are allowed to use their own opinion in bans - They ban for more than just breaking rules, because even without breaking rules you can still cause trouble.

Someone should shorten the wordwrap then.
- 14 Dec. 2009 03:40pm #22Seriously what?
Let me get this straight, so if a Super Mod bans someone they are abusing their power?
Obviously no one remembers my banning of LG 1.0, I honestly can't see the problem with Jamie he is doing his job amazingly.
Creating a thread such as this is silly and will gain nothing regardless of where it is on the forum, people need to be a little more logical and a little less "Look at me, I R FuNNY"

- 14 Dec. 2009 08:47pm #25I have noticed you seem to use that argument a lot, that this is the junkyard.
Post absolutely anything you want in here, as long as it does not obviously violate the rules.
When it says Violate the rules, that means not just the Junkyard rules but overall as in the entire forum. The only main reason you can "spam" here is because you will not get any post count so it does not really matter, you can write all you want and still not get any post count.
This was a measure put in old LG to stop people from getting to the hacks, this was later introduced to the Introduction forum and suggestion forum if I remember correctly.
(Oh yes wall of text, I am good at those ask Souleater. <3)
So spamming is fine here.
Flaming?
Last time I checked flaming was not aloud anywhere on the forum... Ever. However, if I have missed that rule somewhere I am sorry and make this comment void.
Anyway, in closing...
This is the Junkyard but it is still under the entire forum, so as far as using "It's the Junkyard" your argument becomes instantly void, why? Because there is only one rule that is altered here and that's the spam one.
As I have said before if I am wrong, feel free to state your reasons... I love banter <3.

Last time I checked spam = able to post just about anything
(Including flaming and trolling)
Because there are no guidelines/rules for this section (other than being able to spam our tiny brains out of our heads), and moderators have basically no power for legitimate bans here, unless you post child porn or dirty crap.
We can spam, flame and troll all we want.
Therefor, any bans for trolling, and flaming should be null and void here.
Ask Plobby, or Arti (if I'm wrong my bad)
On topic
I find typically no problem with his moderating.
