I was thinking:
-Title
-Intro
-Home town
-Battle
-Second town
-1st Boss
-Sea
-3rd town
-2nd Boss
-Final Dungeon
-Final Boss
-Credits
-????
-Profit

The thing is, I wanted it to be an epic.
So more along the lines of:
-Title
-Intro sequence
-Home Town
-Field
-Forest
-Mountain
-Sea
-Cave
-Town 2
-Town 3
-Cutscene 1
-Cutscene 2
-World 1 battle
-World 2 Battle
-3 or 4 Character themes
-Generic mini-boss theme
-Boss theme (2 or 3, minor variations)
-Final Boss, 1st encounter
-Final Dungeon
-Final Dungeon Battle
-Final Boss 2nd encounter (Faster, more aggressive version of 1st)
-Credits

Speaking of intro sequence, I went with the stereotypical dream sequence.
