1 When You wake up in the morning get on ur floor and do 10 Crunch's
2 Once it cames to 9 o clock do 25 jumping jacks and 10 push-up's
3 and 11 eat 2 carrots(or anything thats a vegetable) Then for your lunch break Go run around ur work 2 times then go eat
4 Go after work instead of driving walk (enless its more than 3 miles forget this part) Then after work you can see if someone can drive you or you can walk to gain more muscle.

Do stations..
Google's 30min Runner Edition
Day 1:
1 min of single-leg squats or squats
1 min of lunges.
1 min of stairs..
1min of box jump (You can use the stairs)
1 min of calf raises
100 yard sprint
Repeat.
Day 2:
1 min of russian twist
1 min of step downs
1 min of side stabilizer
1 min of supine stabilizer
1 min of prone stabilizer
100 yard sprint
Repeat.
You'll probably hate me for setting up this station.
And 45mins is pretty slow.. It's not bad but its not good either.Last edited by Google; 16 Feb. 2011 at 04:03pm.

How I got less running time in the mile run
I'm 15, i got 6:23 on my mile run,
When I was 12 I had 7-8 minutes.
Start off by setting your course like around the block.
Now run your laps untill you know you NEED something to drink/rest.
Let's say you did 3.7 laps (Estimate to the Lowest lap) so that'd be 3
Now that will be your record. so, 1-2 times a day Run not light jog but run those 3laps. Run while breathing through your nose it'll help and when you getnused to it push yourself another lap, hwle going faster.

When I was 15, i ran a mile in 51ish mins.
What I did was sprint the straight away and jog on the turns.
