So I feel like I got food poisoning, or I tell everyone I do.
I went on vacation, and ate fast food for 9 days(not by choice, my aunt didn't cook). So now, I had my first homecooked meal last night.
Everytime I eat, my stomach hurts and all I wanna do is lay down and sleep.
Which it's making me go to bed earlier, which is bad since I have some homework to catchup on.
I need ways to get better.
I can't stand this feeling sick crap.

Food Poisioning usually makes you puke the food that was tainted up.
Food Posioning saps liquids from your body so drink lots of water.
When to See the Doctor
Most cases of food poisoning don't require medical attention. Doctors say that in a day or two, your vomiting, diarrhea, cramps and other below-the-belt discomfort should ease, and you'll be back to normal.
"However, if you have any of the following warning signs, which could signal a more significant problem, it's wise to see your doctor.
* Prolonged inability to hold down fluids
* High fever
* Abdominal cramps that are worsening
* Bloody diarrhea
* Prolonged symptoms that don't improve after 24 to 48 hours"I am steady killin' fools.
