Gaia has already filed complaints against LG and won. Like 10% of this site has been removed. [Nearly] everything else isn't in violation of anything. LG is mostly users selling hacked accounts. That's not against any rules. Hacking the accounts is against rules - but LG itself doesn't hack the accounts. The users do. That's something Gaia would have to take up with each user on a per-use basis, not with LG as a whole.
I made a topic about this not too long ago. Gaia actually filed complaints to the host which resulted in most (all?) of my guides being removed.

P.S. Gaia actually didn't fail here, as they successfully had a bunch of shit removed from LG.
