Very Short Guide
WHen You have Downloded Everything You can Eather Open The emulator and Start your games buy Clicking File>open then select the game you want to play Or You can Select The file the game is And set Defalt program as Visual Boy Advanced.

Visual boy Advanced also has a quick save feture where you can press Sift>F1-0 wich saves it then you press wich every F1-0 You did when saveing and it will lode that save

There some around you should look it up on youtube its pretty neat. Also for ppl with wii's you could get a vba emulater on ur wii pretty cool
