I have my ps3 on for days and it doesn't over heat, and it's fucking 90 in my room xD
Well that sucks, hopefully they'll fix it up.

I know, but its because my 16yearold brother plays mw2 every fucking day, Lol. I can't even play everyweek, hes on it 24/7, he burned of the most 2 important drives to make it work.

well is the soder they use on the ps3 and the cpu coolant
there going to reball the chip back to the mother bored and apply more coolant.
the reballing process is fairly a difficult one and time consuming on the first try.
