It truly has nothing to do with Gaia but... well it could! If I was a good programmer which I'm NOT.... looking to change that though.... heh anyway..
i found this program called j-downloader... it lets you put in links to like rapidshare/megaupload and downloads the files for you.... anyway, you know how megaupload has those captchas? well J-downloader like, totally ignored them it popped the image up on the program, and then it started the download...
Perhaps they've figured out how to get passed them, if someone like.... disassembled the program and figured it out we could use that to our advantage! Right?

well i'm not sure but.... maybe? Even then it's managed to bypass time lapses too, so that could be useful as well... Point is someone with programming skills should like.... check it out or something D:

I don't think so. Probably has an inbuilt OCR in it. It's relatively simple to make one using open source libraries, but it just doesn't hold up to reCaptcha, which is what Gaiaonline uses.

Well MegaUpload and rapidshare don't use re-captcha at the moment but who knows it is catching on, soon almost everyone will use it.
Re-captcha is the "most sophisticated" captcha service around. We would need a Big Decryptor. It would be huge, it would not only unlock gaia but all the sites using recaptcha.
I saw what we needed once on a webpage but he wanted $200 for it. I don't remember where the link is though. I am pretty sure someone (other than that guy) on the internet has to be skilled enough to code one, it isn't easy, actually that would probably be very challenging.
Even if we did find it for re-captcha would probably notice in a few days and update.Last edited by Eternal Darkness; 11 Nov. 2009 at 02:39pm.
