I'm using grade F with that bot and getting pretty ok fish that are worth 13-50 gold each?
What would happen if I used grade A?

The difference with bait is that they increase your chances of catching Large fish.

The difference between baits is what kind of fish you can get. Better bait increases the odds of catching better fish. Refer to this post in Gaia's fishing forum for an explanation of how rods and bait work.

Yes, you'll have a high probability rate to catch large fish and a slim increase chance for a rare.

If you're going to be botting, go with some better bait. If you're just a casual player and / or intending to do five or less buckets a day, just go with F or D to save gold.

well there is a difference when you count your first bait you use for the day. An F bait acts like an A bait in its first two catches and D bait as its next 4 catches. A D acts like an A bait on its first 6 catches. But for this to happen it has to be your first bucket in the last 24 hours so you could save up on bait and gold that way. as for large and rare fish it's not just bait but your rod plays a big role in this too due to the fact that large fish can only be caught with all rods except for a regular strength rod and I think basic rod this is because the casting distance is not long enough. A strength rod plus on the other hand can go as far to catch a large fish but performance rod plus and distance rod plus in my opinion are the best to get. If your botting just get a regular distance rod just to get the distance. My PC's at home so I'm using my girlfriends mac and don't really have any available fish bots to use.

If you're using my bot in UG, don't bother with Grade A. You'll catch the same fish.

If you're just playing the game nicely, then what vash said was true.
Also if you keep using Bait F and D, it would keep on degrading then would act like a Bait F sooner or later, so Bait A is highly suggested for a Legit account. ^^

With A you have a very big chance of catching a LARGE fish or maybe even rare. With f you can catch like medium or small.. Maybe large.. Or occasionally you get a rare..
