HTML is what's used to build websites.
No, it cannot get your items.
Although, you can use HTML/CSS to make a fake login page, and then have people log into it thinking that it is the real gaia.

You can ghost items that you borrow from someone, or jack from someones account, then sell the item but still have it on, but you can't do anything to the source of the site to get free items.
Though you could spend countless hours scrounging through code looking for a little piece of hope that you might find something that could generate items for you, or just get into a developer/admin account and know their secondary password to get into the admin dashboard or admin panel, and use the item generator up there.
Note: 'Admin Dashboard' is a newer 'Admin Panel,' though the original 'Admin Panel' still works when signed in an verified.Shall we?
