Scamming is another form of social engineering.
You have to trick the victim into thinking that what you are giving them is worth what they are giving in return.
Several techniques are as follows; look-alike items, multi part trades, or shortening gold count (Leaving a 0 off of 100000 saves you 90000)LG's resident grammar nazi.

A couple months ago, I was trading my Oisin's Blessing with this girl for her Fremere's Guard and Fallen Wish..
And I totally (honestly, I swear xD) forgot to put in my Blessing to the trade.
SHE FUCKING ACCEPTED. LOLOLL.
Then she got really pissed and requested her items back.
