100 LGG to anyone who can beat me 1v1 mid.
I would like to make this a betting kinda game where I get 100 LGG if I win, but I don't think anyone would take me up on that.

Closest I can think is a Viper, but the "runs fast" wouldn't really come in until you've finished the Yasha part of your build. It's not like the Dota heroes are analogous to LoL. I have no clue who that person is, but Viper's Corrosive Skin makes it so that anyone who attacks him takes damage and is slowed. He's a carry, so he has big stat gain and buys tank items. He is ranged, which I think is better, because I don't think you can handle melee with Dota 2's denying as a beginner. He deals physical damage, but there is an optional magic effect. I think called orb effect or something. That does bonus damage on top of the physical. And his ultimate does a ton of damage over time too, along with being a crippling slow.
If you want a melee tank that runs fast, there's Lycanthrope. His ultimate gives him maximum movement speed. I can guarantee you I'd win if you played Lycan. He is one of the hardest heroes in the game to master.
You might like Clockwerk. He is melee. One of his abilities traps/damages/mana-drains nearby enemies. It's common to get a Blademail such that when an enemy is trapped, they can't damage you in retaliation without damaging themselves, and thus must just sit there and wait while you attack them (often with your team) while being damaged by the mana-draining nearby cogs. He's difficult to control, but he fits your description. You could get something like a Eul's Scepter on him, though it's not very standard. It would give you the bonus movement speed that you want, while giving you a bunch of mana regen to spam his abilities and an active semi-stun which I imagine can be used to better position yourself to trap opponents.

I'll put 1000 down if you're willing to pay 1000 if you lose.

Resistant to harassment. But he doesn't have the mana pool early game to spam wolves/keep them up all the time. You'd have to start him off with a bunch of clarities and hope your opponent doesn't have a ranged AoE spell.

Damn. I can't play at home.
Tips for other though:
Use Viper. He's the best 1 on 1 hero out there next to Razor.

You gotta hate Viper's corrosive skin though.

Just use someone with abilities instead. Like Magnus.
Or Bloodseeker, which would negate the corrosive damage on kill.
But that would be lame if Viper decreases attack speed too. I just know that it decreases movement speed.
Or Shadow Shaman would barely be affected by it at all, since his harass comes from Q, his W disables it, and his ult wouldn't be affected by it. And of course mixing his ult with his channel stun would be his kill secure. I'd probably go with Shaman.
Shadow Demon also good. Q spam. Viper squish early game, but that would plateau really fast in Viper's favor mid game, unless there is some 1v1 meta where damage items are good on SD. I suppose they would be, though. It is 1v1 after all.

Huskar is also a good 1v1 choice. With the early game harassing with his burning spears and his life break.
