Packette logging / filtering / editing / sending program.
Open it up, pick the app to monitor, hit record actions, Do some shit, stop recording, add the packets to the send list, then click "repeat continusiously"

obviously I wasnt talking about that....the OS, Seeing as 64 uses different DLL`s and driver that might not be supported with how you the program is setup by you.

Quite a few 32bit apps dont work with 64bit os. Yes I know, blabla compatibility mode, But that does not matter if the DLL itself cannot be registered to a 64bit OS due to not being made for it.
