It's not really graphics and it's not really programing, web design is kinda right in the middle so I stuck it here. what do you think, I'll be skinning it for wordpress and selling it on themeforest.

I like it. The colors go together well. Only think I might change is the frequently asked questions on the main page. Maybe add another page for that, because there could end up being a lot, plus it always looks weird to me. Other than that, it looks awesome.

Yea, that's only temporary until I decide what to put in the side bar, I don't want it to be exactly the same as everyone elses sidebar.

It looks nice and clean. You should make multiple color schemes for it.
