[ANSWERED]What's the best program for creating sigs?

The question is in the title. Also I have photoshop CS2 but I'm no good at it, mostly because I don't understand how you combine the pictures and all that. I'm just wondering what program do you use and if it's simple to use.

photoshop is the best program for anything graphic design.

Like everyone is saying. Photo shop easiest way I find to make sigs

Its really between Photoshop and Gimp. They are basically the same thing just with different layouts, it really comes down to which one you want to use.
I personally use a portable CS4.

photoshop is the only way to go

photoshop is good if you have more than 1GB of RAM

but if you dont then get GIMP

You don't need 1GB of RAM to use Photoshop. I'm running on 504MB and it runs fine for me.
