uld win this cosmic world crushing battle of doom.i say they would be in the middle of heated battle, neck and neck, then fall in love and have babies on an alien world.

Silver Surfer.
Two reasons:
1.) Power Cosmic, grants The Surfer god-like powers. He manipulates the laws of the Universe and can basically do any thing.
2.) Galactus, will kick anyone's ass who messes with The Surfer

yea but, goku is literally like a step away from being a god. and even if he dies, he would just find a way to come back to life in like 7 years 100x's stronger :/

Too me thats just fucking ridiculous. Also before losing he'll say something like this: "NO! I cant lose! Not to risk earth, krillin, pikleman, gohan, chichi, and everyother innocent soul!" Yeah, uh, Galactus cause the end of worlds cause he is a god.
Also The Surfer can move faster and is physically stronger than Goku, also he's much smarter. The other problem being Goku can die while The Surfer pretty much can't. The only thing The Surfer can't do is raise the dead, every thing else is in his power. He doesn't eat or sleep. He can just convert Goku into energy and he can do it remotely. So Goku comes back and instantly dies over and over. Plus he can read minds and control them to some extent so weak minded Goku can just be mind controlled. Even if Goku flees, The surfer can just go faster than the speed of light or travel time, be there ahead of Goku then fire a bolt of energy that will destroy him and whatever planet he is on. The only being stronger than him is Galactus, who is a god and won't allow his herald to be harmed and will just make Goku not exist any more.
Game and match.
Goku would win. a guy that destroys over-rated aliens for a living is kind of the leg up on this one. and since he can fire giant balls of energy out of his hands, he wins....oh, and he is an alien that can live in space too if in the correct armour. game. set. kamehameha.

Correct, but think about this. Galactus causes the end of planets. Goku finds a way to kill people who cause the end of planets. Seeing how both of them are good guys though it might be a cheat. You can't do the good guy always win thing here. So I say goku

Goku finds ways to defeat people he actually can face. Goku can't defeat people that can sense him any where in the Universe and then remotely extinguish him. Also Surfer=good Galactus = evil sort of, but he the only evil character I've ever know who's premise is he can't be defeated really. He can be driven back but the involves him being weakened by hunger and having his power split and the entire Marvel Universe of Heros fighting him for an extended period of time. Also on top of that The Surfer would be there helping him so, yeah. Surfer dominates.
Wait can goku fuse with vagina and make Super 4 Gogeta like in GT? Or have his ridiculously weak son and friends help?
