Those were my marks after a year of study. Kind of surprised I went so well in English, considering I went in to the exam unprepared, while around 80% of the year had memorized essays and stories etc.

First semester of college, with spare time for Gymnastics. :)

What do you learn in Calculus I? I've always wanted to know how Australian high school math compared to overseas. What kind of topics have you covered in college?

Psht, I was invited to a selective school. All you had to do is sit in around top 40% of year and you get pushed up to about top 1-5% of state.

I wish I understood what college report cards meant, it's like another language

Yeah. I was thinking that same thing....
I tried to understand it but my brain melted.

Calc I is basically Derivation and the applications of it (optimization problems, propagation of errors, etc.) and introduction to definite and indefinite integrals.

Calc II is basically all about integration.

In university grading reports each grade has a weight depending on the amount of credits each course is worth (that's Units in the img), so the more credits the class is worth.
#15
Isn't that kind of calculus covered in high school? Calculus is a really heavy part of the Australian high school curriculum. I think we cover most of it before getting to university.

It is, I also covered it in High School, however, they go a bit more in-depth. At least my class was. I only had to re-take it because I didn't take the AP exams to get credits for it... I'm just lazy like that. XD
