I don't know how many times I've got pissed off at my girlfriend for texting, even her mom or anyone, while I'm right fucking beside her... I see texting in public(when people are there to care and talking directly to them) as one of the most damn things rude nowadays kids do... Pay the fuck attention...

i was at my friends house like last week and she was watching the tyra show and something like that popped up i was like HOLY SHIT thats crazy and this one about some chick do a bunch of shit while driving doing her hair with a straightner, texting, put nail polish on a bunch of shit i was like HOW THE FUCK AREN"T YOU DEAD YET?
everytime i see someone text while drive i steal their phone now XD

thats why those accidents happen cause they care more about the texts then paying attention to things

This has actually got to be one of my biggest pet peeves , Having the girl sitting right next to you , and opening their phone , and they start pecking away at the keys, giggling the whole time ... I mean , I have the common decency to put my phone in my pocket and turn the sound/vibration off , while spending time with the signifigant other , the least that could be done is the same ...
this was probably the biggest problem I had with my ex. We'd be playing cards or watching TV or something and every 3 seconds she'd be having a texting conversation with her friend.

My girlfriend does it, usually to text her mom. Though it's only like three times a night so it's tolerable. And she usually says excuse me so its all good.

I don't care as long as they're paying attention. Ignoring you to do something else is rude, but my g/f has ADD so she can watch TV, play her PSP, text, talk to me, and eat at the same time, and follow everything that's going on in each of the above tasks. It baffles me, but she doesn't miss anything I say when she does it, so I don't care.

Mine had ADD too. I've never thought of that. But she can sit through an entire TV show series. e.o
I got an experience (sort of) a year ago, the bitch who used to be my boss, I was asking her a question and then she got a call, she answered the phone and left me there while I was like ._.ellow? she wasn't even to say 'just a second' or something like that.
