Well if you have some of the symptoms it's probably best to go to the doctor ASAP so you can get properly diagnosed.
#5
Well you can try checking your blood sugar levels if it's higher than normal....you might consider making an appointment with your doctor.

Never self diagnose and never use the internet to diagnose. You're almost always wrong and just worry yourself for no reason.
Whenever you go to the doctor ask for tests for it if you're concerned.

How you do that?

With a blood glucose meter. Usually you fast for half a day and then check your blood sugar levels if you're checking for diabetes.
Also it should be noted that because you already posted a thread about having some sort of cold/fu...
Excessive urination and thirst doesn't mean you have diabetes. Your body actually demands more liquids to flush out what ever your body is fighting.
Not to mention you're losing excess liquid when you have to blow your nose or cough up things. The excessive urination goes along with the excessive drinking.
It's the same reason you cough up phlegm to rid yourself of the nasty stuff when you're sick.
Also you mentioned you're on antibotics that will cause excessive thirst.
I wouldn't really worry since most people don't get diabetes type 2 until their mid 40s.
