I have not heard any thing about this. But I know last month an event occurred in the UK where several nuclear facilities had some crazy shit go on and the generals and officials that over see the facilities came out swearing alien came down and screwed with their nukes. The government and world took their word and the UN now has and extraterrestrial affairs/ambassador.

Well America has the more to lose if we disclosed all we know about the alien civilizations that have visted earth. Basically, Obama was once again a pussy, and fucked over all of the world from knowing what we know and built less trust then what was ruined in that.

It could be real, but if there's no visual proof, which usually is faked anyways. I doubt the legitimacy of the statement..

Well considering the fact that Area 51 has been shut down for the last few years, its impressive that they think they have seen stuff. Area 51 closed down due to bio-radiation hazards, and chemical contamination, so nothing is there anymore.It all got moved.

Anyways, if this is true then maybe we were really advance in the past and lived on Mars(While it was still alive) and then aliens invaded and we built a space ship to Earth and was in a crash landing losing all technology and only a few species survived and continued to live on and evolve.
Looking into reality: If this is true then it wouldn't be a surprise. There are many galaxies that are billions of times older than our galaxy so of course there should be some kind of intelligent life form. As you can see it only took us humans to turn from Cave man to the Common Business man in what, 2 million years? These other life forms may have been around for over 10^million years.That is a lot of time to evolve.

Let's say the -objective- news is a chicken.
Each and every news channel get their chicken from the same farm.
But they all prepare 'n serve it differently; some tend to serve it all natural,
whereas others tend to include LOTS of spices.
At the end, you'll have digested the same kind of chicken, only each with a different flavour.
Whatever the heck is true, it shouldn't matter that much right now.
If governments are keeping things from us, it's probably for either our own safety or of theirs (so nobody could harm them).
Should D-Day be upon us though, I'm sure that the aliens won't stop because of some nasty government.
