Serious thread is serious.
So, I think I may have Asperger's.

Now, it is all based on symptoms listed via Wikipedia, but still.

I exhibit the lack of will for social interaction with most people, and excessive interaction with a select few.
I exhibit the intense concentration on abnormal activities, and the enjoyment of very repetitive activities.
I exhibit the semi-monotonal, awkward, yet formal speech, with large vocabulary.
I exhibit the troubles with sleep and emotions.
I exhibit an unusual lack of empathy for most people.
I exhibit the attention to visual detail, yet experience difficulty in tasks revolving around visual memory.
I exhibit the anxiety and lack of ability to handle my emotions.

Gonna talk to my Mom about it tomorrow, I've been thinking about it for a few days.

My Dad's girlfriend's Son has Aspergers, and he's really the same way, except

He also doesn't understand any form of sarcasm or joke AT ALL
He refuses to eat anything new (in a couple cases he still eats some of his baby food)
He has no social skills what so ever

Nobody ever really offers me new food so I dunno about that one, but I don't do the other two.

He's got it extreme. But you can't have it because, well to be frankly honest, I won't let you
#5
Some thing is always wrong with you but hope you don't have it.

I just think the way that some kids are raised make them end up like this. I seem to have all of those symptoms, but I'm sure as hell I don't have Assburgers. It's just my personality.

It's hard for me to explain, but think about it. Everybody on this website must have at least one thing in common (aside from the fact that they're members). Try to think about life as a path that changes course with everything that happens to you, everything you do, every decision you make, etc. Now put the path on an imaginary grid alongside the paths of the rest of the world. The members of this website would have an intersection of life paths on the part of the grid representing LG. So a lot of people on LG probably could be described like that, or at least one of those.

It might be easier for some to imagine 4chan instead of LG. Heheh.

I would agree, if I hadn't pretty much always been like this.

Just being realistic here you probably don't have it or extremely high and well functioning if you do.
A lot of those symptoms fit the general populous. Not to mention you don't show a lot of the more dramatic signs.
Plus it's left up to your own personal interpretation whether or not you FEEL you have this illness.
Honestly I think you just want something to explain why you are a certain way so you're looking for any little pieces that fit.
Just remember most advise against try to do a self diagnosis when it comes to mental illnesses and personality disorders.
If you're really worried go see a professional. Either way, regardless, you're still you, and a pretty cool kid in my book.

Another self diagnosed user with a social disorder in the internet. Maybe it's just a déjà vu, but I REALLY think I've read this before.

I'm not self diagnosing.
I'm considering it as a possibility.

It's clearly psychosomatic. If you really think you have the illness, you might very well get it.
