I've been an iPhone user for two years, and one thing that's always frustrated me is that my only option for typing on it has been the touchscreen keypad.
She sounds awful whiny. The keypad will only be useful for bafoons whose fingers are too big for the touch screen. I can type plenty speedy and with no "sore thumbs".
