My favorite movie before the 2000s was probably Sleeping Beauty or Flubber.

Gah, I remember Flubber. That movie was amazing...Wish I still had it. D=

I'd say Mulan, but that's only because I've seen it so many times. Edward Scissorhands was a good movie, as well as Fantasia, Alice in Wonderland...Gah, I need to stop watching Disney movies. XD
