Mods are promoted based on the other mods and admins' opinions and choice.

Mods are put in place to control the problems and keep membesr in check of their assigned areas and the site in general. And Alex has said to me that once there is need to appoint staff, more of it at least, he will, but since there isnt a lot of activity, there really is no need for a lot of staff like there used to be.

So wait, and it will happen eventually.

We need more mods though... We have one Mod and one Super Mod (Torian is technically a Super Mod)...
