IKR?! The fourth one was just so...BLEH.
I mean. It was so angst-y. The whole thing -SPOILER- with Jacob imprinting on Bella's baby?! WTF?!
And come ON! The long awaited vampire battle and only ONE MINOR character dies.
SO LAME.

it's so bad that even Uncyclopedia've decided it isn't worth parodying into an article.

Twilight is about Vampires.

-Captain Obvious on Twilight.

From what I've heard, the book was okay, but the movie was awful.

So I didn't read or see any of them. Not really a fan of those types of books.

Well, What do you think of it?
I remember in 2005 when Twilight first came out I was 13 years old,
The book would have been perfectly targeted towards my age group but at the time no one every heard of Twilight

No girls walking around an oohing over Edward.
I read it, It was a pretty good book at the time though I didn't really like the idea of Sparkling Vampires. I didn't understand it and I thought it was pretty stupid, but an interesting concept [until girls went Gah gah over it and believed that's actually what vampires were like.]

me too
i read it the summer before ninth grade (soo...2005?)
twilight (the first one) was decent (though i probably had pretty low standards back then)
but then the series got sappier and crappier (just about all the characters started annoying me...bella/edward emo-ness...everyone's just such a dramequeen D: )

I would like to bitchslap anyone who thinks the book was good. It just goes to show how many stupid people are out there. I mean, seriously, how come people can't realize how poorly the book is written? There's a spelling mistake or other grammar error every 3 pages, and it's like reading a fucking thesaurus!

lol so true

the spelling and grammar i can forgive (just means sucky editor)

but the diction and style....ugh...just shoot me

I use this book as punishment, whenever someone hads me a poor report. I make them read the Twilight books. To show them what kind of work I DO NOT WANT TO SEE
#56
cant stand it and i got kicked out of the first screening cos when all the girls went oooh for the main guy in the first one i went boo. its horrible though.

I personally think that it has ruined how people think of Vampires, this is both good and bad even though I despise the films, obviously it's impact has stopped young people from thinking of Vampires as intimidating and this means the Vampire horror films will now be made as often however this has opened the gates for loads and loads of epic Zombie movies so I can't complain because I love Zombie movies.

I liked the book, but uh, I don't really read books so I'm not sure how to tell if it's good or not? Aha I dunno. I watched the first movie like..3 times, LOL. I got snuck in all three times so yeah, my friends wanted me to go. I liked the movie, it was enjoyable. I plan on watching New Moon as well as long as my friends go. o: Cause I'm too lazy to finish reading the other books now so yeah. :]

For the LULZ.
Ugh, Twilight should really just STFU&GTFO.

" My name is EDWURD, and I wear Pink lipstick. I also like to watch little girls sleep, and my favorite past-time is taking baths in sprinkle powder and glitter."

It's like 'Really?'
Some people need to calm the heck down, they get too worked up over it.

I read it when it first came out and no one knew what the hell it was about too. My teacher gets new books in and asked me to read it. Picked it up, read it, thought the plot was the shittiest thing in the world and told her to hide the book from all mankind. The book went by way too quickly, and she just seemed like she was pulling crap out of her ass. Then we both said to each other, watch all the little kiddies go googoogaga over a sparkley vegan vamp.
