Does anyone else hate Paypal?

They take so damn long to figure out that this guy scammed me. I have supporting files/documents, and they finalized that I'd get my money back, just at 120 PM, March 21st (3/21/2010).... GAY, soo, what do you all think of Paypal?

From a seller's perspective, PayPal are horrid at settling disputes. When selling digital products, if an individual files a dispute, at least 50% of the time they'll get their money back, even though the goods have been delivered.

If you were scammed, be patient, they should settle it soon.

I remember on LG, I gave someone a 1 mil account on Gaia for $3 paypal, less than a day later, they did a chargeback.
Instead of giving in like some other LG'ers that were scammed, I gave paypal a lot of evidence and now that LG'er hasn't come back. :/
tl;dr paypal is gullible.

Yeah, that is why if I trade with someone on LG I simple ask them to gift the money, though some don't want to do that.

Because they can't file a dispute against you, but it's safer to go second if you're gifting, if you're doing it for services, etc, then you go first. (:

It's so easy for a buyer to hit the dispute button. I even know vendors who sell physical goods, and have buyers filing claims of up to $1,000 after the goods have been delivered and, they often get their money back. You don't even have to go through Paypal; you can simply ring up your CC company and refute the transaction, and 99% of the time they'll reverse it, leaving Paypal to chase the money (which means they'll just take it from you).

Yeah, paypal is like the perfect concept but it was made into a piece of shit.
