XD Yes, it is. When I was in 4th grade I used to prank call my mom from the bus w/ my friends cell phone. I would tell her she won a million dollars if she told me what the capitol of Kentucky was. I thought I was the shit.
well my friend prank called someone and told her that her son had just been killed in a car accident, turns out she was super depressed already and he was the only family she had left, so she killed herself. he drinks alot now....so no pranking for me

well it happened. i mean i've done harmless ones like call two different chinese places and order something from one and then get him to call back the order while i put the phone up to the other one and the other guy thinks he's ordering lol.
Can you still do prank calls without the internet? Everyone has caller ID and *69 and you have to prank random strangers otherwise you get recognized. Then even you don't know them, they just call you back and yell at you.
