Loose Skin: What happens when you lose weight too fast

This is why there are recommended pounds/week limits for losing weight. If you lose fat faster than your skin grows, you end up with loose skin.

Being obese is a fucking disease, i dont know how someone manages to eat so much fucking food, with out being high off of weed, ive never been obese in my life besides when i was a baby like everyone else was

High calories in low quantities. Eat cake till you're full versus eating broccoli till you're full.

I have a beer belly and i really want it gone, but surely not the way this one did. I will take my time going to gym and eating less.

I imagine this guy lost much more weight than a beer belly ;P

Yeah I have been following him. He lost it due to he wanted to change himself, those pictures ARE him like less than 9 months ago apparently.

If that actually happened to me I'd keep it. Thats kinda like having a super power that really sucks

He went hard in the paint though, all that weight gone.. Should of took his time though :/

I've seen this video before. Oh man, the motivation is strong. I admire him thou. For as far as I can remember extremely loose skin like this won't just tighten up completely over time.

worst part is that in some cases of the surgery in removing the loose skin includes a cut and paste job of the nipples
