Also, I thought of taking a apple corer, coring out the muffin half way and filling it with ice cream. Just makes it have a better appearance. o-o

For some reason this reminds me of the time I had super frozen ice cream scoops, rolled it in chocolate chip cookie dough, got it rock solid, coated it in a cake batter and deep fried it.
