Tan is awesome. I went first and got what I payed for.

Also he is a pretty cool guy.

and a proxy is like the middle man for internet connection, that being said, you would know if you had one. The settings for it are in your internet properties under the connections tab and LAN settings

Masking your IP address/location. Common for people pretending they are someone they aren't. Not indicative of guilt per se, but worth noting for users who may want to take it into consideration.
