Mota: the fact that you got banned is not proof that his account was not legit.
Clovs: Even though that's true, since this is all black market, a legit account is considered one which has no ill conceived gold.

I supplied my picture proof of not being paid. I sent item, and have not receive payment to this very moment. I sent the item first, and instantly after, he logs off. No money sent, nothing. He didn't reply, he just went M.I.A I cannot get the conversation due to him not logging onto chat, but if he does, i should have it.

First, legit is something that was earned without hacking/botting/scamming. I believe December's account is legit since it's his main according to his statement. When a seller gift a large item to another account Gaia will flag that transaction. Most "rare" items are usually stopped until a moderator investigate, they will check both account's history and IP. If something is fishy like a new account getting a 30mil item, they will most likely ban that account. It's all determine by your IP address, or pervious accounts history.
I think the reason why you got banned MOTA is because you probably got a history of known offsite trades. Which mean you must pay December the 100 dollars you owe him. It is up to the buyer to secure the item the best they can.. once it leaves the seller's procession it is not their problem. Yes, $100 is a lot of money but you knew the risks before dealing. But untill I make you pay him or whatever.. I would like to see the seller's thread and more evidences from both parties. Now it is the time to give me everything you can to backup your case. If you do not wish to share anything public, send it in a private message.

Try and put everything in one post/or pm.

Im not on anyones side but Mota told me through I.M. that he does not have a Paypal whats so ever. Yea.. Kinda sucks. I was gonna sell him something and he told me that.

He told me he wanted to buy a database off of me for 4mill gaia gold pure.
I had it, and then he said, send it in a trade to make sure it's true. Then I got logged out and then I got incorrect log info. Heres the chat log.

Then the user went offline.

As you can see in the email picture, it said the email was changed to fresh.motaaaaa@yahoo.com.
