Goodlife123
I purchased the account advertised here http://forum.logicalgamers.com/sell-trade/46822-s-gaiaonline-account-20-mill-pure-gold-new.html for $60.
After going first, I recieved account credentials to a banned account.
Goodlife stated that he didn't know the account was banned and I got what I paid for regardless, refusing to refund or compensate.

Yes I did provide him the account, but that is his risk of not knowing if it was banned or not, now neither did i know it was banned, I have proof screenshots it is the account and everything bought it off TEH GOD. And no I will not refund his money.

Why would people buy from online forums if every seller could just sell banned accounts? You scammed. Why try to justify it instead of walking off with your $60 and calling it a day? Since you have such a legit business under your mother's email and apparently sell to people who you think matter (when they could probably give two shits about their Gaia wealth and you're probably just bullshitting for whatever reason) why are you so worried about scamming $60 from a member of such a little site? Anyway, your post is a redundancy of the same thing you said countless times in the screenshots. I gave you the chance to compensate, and I gave you the chance to refund me. You did neither even though you had the option to refund me.

You can't sell accounts that are banned without saying they are banned, nobody would buy a banned account and you know it.
I don't know why you bother posting here, honestly you stated your case in the screenshots, weak as it is.

I'll wait for someone with a say and a brain to tell me that.

I'm going to suggest you start a case on paypal. If by the weekend you don't get your money refunded, I'm banning goodlife, which it may not be a big deal but it's all I can do...

Ban him, You cant sell accounts without describing KEY details about them, like mentioning if they're banned or not. Really, when you go out and buy a game do you care if the disc is broken or not?

I'm not going to give back the money, I gave them the account. Either way I gave him what he payed for " the account". Please go ahead and open a case on paypal, and bann me on here. Never had this problem with anyone

I also had told them that I haven't logged in sense 08 and I took the account of a keylogger, so therefore it's there risk.

If you buy something on Amazon and it gets lost or damaged n the mail, they refund your money. This is the same situation. You attempted to sell him an account, the account was "damaged or lost" and thus you should have to refund his money. If he'd had access to the account and then it became banned that is on him, in this case though it is on you.
I'm 99% certain that even if you don't give him the money back freely Pay Pal will ultimately do so forcefully so you may as well just refund him now.

Actually he sent it as a gift and said he received the account on paypal witch he did? Soooo suck my dick? I'm waiting to be banned and for him to open a case, one phone call will make everything okay, Good day logical gamers.

Heres the thing about paypal. Sales of virtual goods arent covered by there dispute system (not sure what its called), meaning the buyer can always dispute it and 9/10 get their money back. The only way the seller would keep the money is if he gave them a valid shipping/tracking number, which you cant do on virtual goods.

I don't understand why I have been rep fucked .
