Gaia tracks large exchanges and they are like Micheal J Fox on the ban button.
Its a buyer's problem if they get banned not the sellers. You don't have proof that he sold them anything less than legit. All legit becomes illegit as soon as its traded from money. Suspicious trade with three random people could be enough to get your friends banned.
Activity on the accounts banned are as follows
Account A:
Logged in.
Changed password and email
Banned.
Account B:
Logged in.
Pass changed (Dont know about email)
Bought superior form from marketplace
Banned.
Account C:
Logged in.
Banned.

If you go and view my information listed in the UG sections coffin, You can see that at the moment, All mod activity is on a delay of at least 6 days in the report system, And 13 hours on the flag system.
Two of these three were banned within 6 hours of being purchased.
As for proof, No, I dont have them, But my judgement should be more than enough, These people aren't the type to lie. And I dont expect action to be taken by LG staff. I simply expect users to be aware of some of the sellers here while some of the more significant sellers (Google / Boobear) are more trusted and selling for even cheaper prices.
