Simple enough.

He offered to buy my account for an Xbox 360, and then proceeded to procrastinate and make excuses for not answering me.

It's now been a month since I gave him the account, and 3-4 days since he last replied to a PM, even though he has been active during those days.

Waiting for all items. Shipping time is unknown.

Since then, he hasn't replied to any of my PMs even though his activity states that he was active before & after I pmed him.

Still he is not replying.

Now he wants to be banned. For what? I don't know, but I feel as though I am being scammed. So this is why I'm posting this.

Any questions? Post them.

If he can still go through with the trade instead of ignoring me, then I'll remove this.

Edit: Ignore the mistake in the title ._.

maybe its taking a bit longer than he thought to receive the items.
with the way he's getting your xbox there are multiple ways it could go wrong.

Then tell me, why isn't he responding to my P.M.s?

And LG,

This is the Second time I've been scammed by someone in your "top" group.
Last time I was scammed by a VIP member, whom used to be an smod, Mr SoDangSmart.

How does this keep on happening?

Just to verify, chat logs can be easily edited and shouldn't be used as legitimate proof.

Though, this seems like an obvious scam.

Of course, who doesn't know that?

If more proof is needed I can simple forward all of his PMs, or an Admin could search through my inbox.

Edit:

We may be able to work this out, hold on.

Currently looking into it.

He told me basically that Apple canceled the orders he ordered. Translation, he got caught. Simple as that...

Awww man thats fucked up never thought Michael would do this :/
I think if he can't get this order through he should give you a re-fund
if it's about the shipping i can't really blame him because no one can really anticipate when orders come and he's desperately trying to come through

Shipping is roughly 7-14 Days in the US. It has been a month.

@BooBearSh
He didn't order my stuff from apple though, the first time he ordered it from Amazon, which apparently reversed the orders, and then he went to Ebay, in which the items apparently still haven't arrived ._.

There are scammers on eBay... However, I thought eBay holds the money until the item has been confirmed arrived... Anyways...

If he's caught, police/whoever is investigating it aren't stupid. They know how to shut off shipments...

My point is. He's not scamming you guys. I'm about 95% sure of it.

He may not be scamming, but if the same situation happened to you, wouldn't you reply to your customers PMs?

Okay. Say it's not my fault, and shit keeps happening. I've told someone that their order keeps getting fucked up. Gets fucked up AGAIN, NOT my fucking fault. Do I want to tell you that it's not my fault again, or do I want to just wait and hope for it to come in?

I told him, if he gets caught(from cops, not scam wise), disappear. Good boy, in my opinion.

If shit happened twice in a row, I'd certainly like to be informed, rather than getting the silent treatment. ._.

Has he logged on and not messaged? Or what?
