I've done business with Homura before, I went first and I've always received what I've asked for.

I highly doubt he tried to scam you.

you can print screen evidence like a pic of the scene and witness is like past or others who claim as he is a scammer with also screenies

This is not scamming since both you still have your items. Scamming is when one user keeps both items without sending the thing he promised.
