I think it is because they are trying to get an Account ready for you guys, but its just a guess I haven't tried the lucky dip yet.

There are some I justed check there are over 32 Unclaimed accounts and the highest one has 243,634 gold.

There is also a huge bug in the Lucky Dip. You know why crackers don't work? If you log in with incorrect credentials enough time, it will lock you out of the system and require a captcha on the main page. Too many incorrect accounts were submitted and the system was locked out, and hence every account in the database was treated as not working (which would have given out a million (hyperbole, in case you didn't notice) strikes). I'm going to take the lucky dip offline and think up a solution. If anybody has an idea (beside the obvious proxy list) post in this thread?

Hmmm... I think, considering a couple things, all of you deserve NOT to get a refund. One, It said there were no account so why would you buy? Two, it was clearly stated that it was broken, and three, I'm sure you read the "There is no return, there will be no refunds" thing.
