Rating of the movie (1 - 10, 1 being terrible, 10 being awesome)

Place you saw the movie (Netflix, Redbox, Movie Theater, DVD or elsewhere)

A few sentences complimenting or bashing the movie. (What was good about it, what was bad about it?)
