Can someone make a different section for programs.
For example another section that requires 150 posts or something along those lines.

Just use UG. I don't see the need for 5 different places for programs to be released.
Why would we do that if we can just put a usage limitation on are bots?

It's called an authorization with settings that you can only access if you are an Administrator, Programming Team, Developer, or Trainee.

No, we don't need it.
I can understand the appeal, but the fact remains, there is no need, as has been stated before. If you need a place to put where not everyone can get to it, then there is the UG, and the corresponding levels. Bronze for basic, Silver for average, Gold for holy-bat shit insane.
