Requirements for posting Programs
In LG 3.0 there should be requirements that must be met and fields that must be filled in order to submit a program to LG. Things like the following:
  • Program Name
  • (Choice) Associated Game or General Hack
  • Description
  • Framework Required
  • Viral Scan
  • Screenshots
  • Mirror1
  • Mirror2

I would like to see these, it would be nice.

Requirements are great, if they're followed. But, most programmers don't care, they just want people to use their shit, to be impressed.

But if there's a system like... submission as opposed to creation of a thread, fields for said program submission will be required and blah blah blah

You mean, instead of a "TITLE
THREAD
PRINT"

Have like a form they have to fill out?

Well shit, you're a programmer. Shut this thread and make a sample...

It's not that hard... I'm pretty sure somebody who actually likes PHP could do it in two seconds. I know you've seen the first LG 3.0 beta, it's probably already in there with some sort of index system.

I dont think that having a requirement will make much of a change. That and you should run a virus scan on a program before you download it reguardless. Everything else should be a must however.

Well I was more geared towards the submission method instead of creating a thread.
